Loudoun County Budget and Management department's annual report – Budget Story reports improvements of County's wellbeing and diversity, presents County's revenue and expenditure report from Budget and Management department's divisions, and features interviews of dedicated faculties and staffs for this 2018 edition. 

Utilizing department's established brand standard, Budget Story's cover presents icons and color themes for each department. The cover design was carried throughout the interior spreads to communicates a cohesive look and feel.
